Future Land Use Map (FLUM) Interactive

Welcome to our Future Land Use Map (FLUM) section. Here you can view the FLUM 12_11_2008 (December 11, 2008 version, approximately 2 MB). If you’re wanting education about the various Land Use Categories represented on the FLUM and the typical zoning allowed for each land use category, then explore the Interactive Land Use Tool below. This page will hopefully provide an interactive guide for quick and easy reference.

The FLUM is a fluid document and will periodically change as Council approves an applicant’s request. We will do our best to provide the most recent version but due do to time constraints this may not be accomplished as fast as we would like. Alternatively, you may go to the City's web site and review material regarding the Oak Hill Planning process. Here you will be able to view the latest version of the FLUM and Neighborhood Plan as well other neighborhood resource material.
