Place Item on Agenda
  • Notification should be made at least thirty days before our regularly scheduled meetings which typically are held on the forht Wednesday of the month. Contact our Communication Officer and make a request. After you receive confirmation from the Communication’s officer, provide the Communication’s Officer with supporting material so that it can be posted to our web site. Then it is advisable that you contact adjacent neighborhoods, land and business owners and let them know the date, time and place of the meeting. If you fail to contact the interested parties then this will delay any binding decision until the interested parties have a chance to present their case.
  • You can also attend the meeting. During the beginning of each meeting the Chair will ask for additional items to be placed on the agenda. At this time, you can make your request and the item will be briefly discussed. If time permits, then the item will be placed on the agenda. However, binding action may not be taken since public notice was not sufficient for other parties to attend and voice their support or opposition.
